Dr. Christopher McCarthy
Dr. Chris McCarthy graduated on the Dean’s list with Cum Laude Honours and Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Upon entrance to CMCC Dr. McCarthy was awarded the R. Lloyd Pennington Memorial Award, which is given to the first year student with the highest overall admissions score. Prior to CMCC, he obtained a Bachelor of Science from U.P.E.I. where he was on the Dean’s List in all four years.
Dr. McCarthy has furthered his rigorous four year Chiropractic education by completing soft tissue courses (Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique, FAKTR-PM, Vibromax Therapeutics), becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S), and receiving a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certification from McMaster University. He has developed a strong focus on manual therapy, considerable rehabilitation knowledge and a firm foundation in current clinical research.
